Our Widemouth Bay Caravan Park in Bude, North Cornwall is home to a secluded and peaceful woodland walk. The nature trail, situated behind the camping and touring area on site, takes you on a delightful woody track where you can read plaques on the local wildlife you can spot around site. Walkers can enjoy a picnic at some of the well-placed benches and sit back in the tranquillity of the trees. The perfect place for your four-legged friends to explore too! Plus, with a 20 minute walk to the local dog-friendly beach, you’re spoilt for choice on where to spend your down time.
Sandaway Beach and Combe Martin Beach:
Both our North Devon parks – just a few minutes’ walk from one another – are ideally located for getting outdoors. Our Sandaway Beach Holiday Park has access to a private shingle beach, Mermaid’s Cove, where you can enjoy the sea views, have a paddle and enjoy the sun trap the cove provides.
Just down the road at Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park you can explore the woodland walk around site and try and spot some of Britain’s best native species. Both parks are also just a stone’s throw from the stunning Combe Martin beach, as well as access to the infamous South West Coast Path.
Our St Ives Holiday Village in Cornwall is the ideal spot for those looking to escape back to nature. With 100 acres of woodland to explore, a nature trail, woodland play park, meadow with a stream and picnic area, you’ll never run out of wild places to explore and spend your time. Not to mention the plethora of local beaches!
Over in Somerset, our bustling site of Sandy Glade Holiday Park is perfectly situated, with Berrow Dunes Nature Reserve and Beach just opposite the park entrance. With stretches of white sand and the tranquillity of the nature reserve, it’s really a hidden gem amongst one of our bigger parks.
Set within 45 acres of breath-taking countryside of the Gower Peninsula is one of our Welsh sites, Llanrhidian Holiday Park. If the beautiful serene countryside views on site weren’t enough, the park is just 15mins from the beach and sits amongst the stunning Gower Peninsula. The Gower is very popular with walkers and hikers – the best spot for taking in the Welsh countryside.
