Let’s face it – the great British weather can be a little unpredictable. But here at John Fowler Holidays, a bit of rain never dampens the fun! Whether the sun’s shining or the clouds roll in, our Big & Lively and Family Fun parks are packed with exciting activities to keep the whole family smiling.

Make a splash – rain or shine

Whatever the weather, our heated indoor and outdoor pools are the perfect place to burn off energy. Kids can dive into free pool activities like water zorbing, aqua jets, and Peddlerz, or join the Stripeys for the ultimate pool party at the Stripey Splash Bash.

Don’t forget – all pool sessions and activities must be booked the night before via the John Fowler Holidays app.

Free fun for everyone

From laser tag at our larger parks to meeting the animals from Exmoor Zoo at Sandaway Beach during school holidays, our free on-park activities are ideal when you need to dodge the drizzle. There’s always something exciting happening – whatever the skies are doing!

Get creative

Keep little hands and imaginations busy at the Imagination Station with paid sessions like Build My Bear, Sand Art, Paint a Pot, and Slime Workshops. Got a performer in the family? Enrol them in the Junior Stripey Academy or let them shine at Freddy’s UV Party.

These sessions have a small charge and must be booked in advance through the app.

Foxy Gang adventures

Our beloved Foxy Gang characters bring magic to every morning with free themed activities like Spy School, Nature Detectives, Superhero Training, Science Maniacs, Popstar Academy, and Horrid Histories. Sessions kick off at 10am – no booking needed, just turn up and join the fun!

Evening Entertainment That Shines

As the sun sets, our stages light up. From magicians and hypnotists to comedians and tribute acts, our evening entertainment is packed with crowd-pleasers. Grab a drink, relax, and let the talented acts wow you – or get up and dance the night away!
